For those who aren’t in the know; a Venetian Sash window is divided by mullions in to three or more openings where the outer panes are fixed and the centre sash slides open. The cords for hanging the centre pair of sashes are taken through the top of the mullions over pulleys into the side boxings. Complicated, isn’t it?
